RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the UcanB website. Any return requests for products purchased through other channels will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To enhance your shopping experience, we offer the following terms for exchanges:

  • Non-returnable Items: Products purchased during a sale, with a coupon, or via gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, you can request a size exchange by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 9810818888.
  • Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 9810818888 for assistance.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE

  • No Returns or Refunds: Once a product is sold, we do not provide returns or refunds. However, exchanges for different sizes may be possible, subject to stock availability, if the following conditions are met:
  • Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Garments must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from stains, damages, and fragrances. All tags must remain intact, and the product should be in its original packaging.

CREDIT NOTE POLICY

  • A credit note will be issued if the desired size is out of stock.
  • Store credit will equal the value of the exchanged product minus any shipping or COD costs, valid for 3 weeks from the date of issuance.
  • For size exchanges, please contact us via WhatsApp atΒ +91 9810818888Β  or email us atΒ  ucanbcustomers@atozgroup.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for self-shipping the product for exchanges. Once the item passes our quality check, we will dispatch your replacement order. We recommend using a traceable mailing service for returns, as items not received by UcanB will not be considered returned.

EXCHANGE EXCLUSIONS

Exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the customer does not like the material or color, we recommend reviewing the product description and images carefully before ordering. Feel free to reach out for any additional details.
  • A color difference of 10-12% may occur due to screen resolution and lighting; these variations do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
  • If the product has been used, worn, washed, damaged, or stained.
  • If the original tags are missing.
