At UcanB, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Process 

• All orders will be shipped through registered courier companies directly to your doorstep.
• We aim to process and ship all orders within 7-10 business days.
• Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 5-7 days.

Shipping Costs

• We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.
• Please choose an online payment method at checkout.
• Please note that products must not be opened until payment is made at the time of delivery.
• If the packaging appears to be opened or damaged, we advise you not to accept the order.

Delivery Responsibility

• UcanB is not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery.
• Any claims for damages must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, along with images of the damaged products for resolution.
